摘要
在玉米矮花叶病抗病基因Rscmv 1初步定位的基础上,利用生物信息学方法在抗病区域内进行BAC-SSR和内含子长度多态性标记(ILP)2种新型标记的开发。共找到16个在抗病材料四一和感病材料Mo17中有多态性的标记,其中BAC-SSR标记12个,ILP标记4个,为抗病基因Rscmv 1的精细定位和图位克隆奠定了基础。
Two new types of markers BAC - SSR and ILP respectively were developed by bioinfor- matics in fragment of resistance gene on the basis of preliminary location of the resistance gene Rscmv 1. Total 16 markers exhibited polymorphisms between Siyi and Mo17, including 12 BAC- SSR makers and 4 ILP makers. Which laid the foundation for fine mapping and map-based cloning of the resistance gene.
