摘要
为测定4株小麦白粉病菌的杀菌广谱性,将其与5株病原菌进行对峙培养。5株病原菌分别为小麦根腐病菌(Bipolaris sorokinian)、小麦赤霉病菌(Fusarium graminearum schw.)、玉米大斑病菌(Exserohilum turcicum)、立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctonia solani)、甜瓜枯萎病菌(Fusarium oxysporium),试验结果表明:菌株C27、PE4对小麦赤霉病菌、小麦根腐病菌、甜瓜枯萎病菌、玉米大斑病菌具有抑制作用。菌株C26对5株病原真菌均没有生防作用,真菌菌株P17-1对小麦根腐病菌有抑制作用。
Four bio-control agents for wheat powdery mildew were tested against other plant diseases. The target pathogens were Bipolaris sorokinian , Fusarium graminearum schw , Exserohilum turcicum , Rhizoctonia solani and Fusarium oxysporium. Isolates C27 and PE4 had an inhibiting effect on the growth of the four pathogens of Bipolaris sorokinian ,Fusarium graminearum schw,Exserohilum turci- cure and Fusarium oxysporium. Isolates isolates C26 had no inhibiting effect on the five pathogens. Iso- lates P17-1 had a sole inhibiting belt with Bipolaris sorokinian. The four bio-eontrol isolates had no in- hibiting effect on the growth of Rhizoctonia solani at all.
