长春地区村镇房屋格局及采暖方式变化剖析

Analysis of Change and Developing of House Pattern and Heating Way in Rural Residence of Changchun Region

为了探索和设计节能环保型火炕以提高北方寒冷地区农村室内的热环境和室内空气品质,在吉林省长春市农安县房身沟村调研时发现,当地居民为追求新的生活方式,对传统的农村住宅格局进行了革新,火炕的搭建也为适应房间的格局变化而改变。对村内最近两年新兴起的火墙式火炕进行充分调研基础上,进行了实地及后续试验测试。分析了新型火炕的工作原理、特点和与住宅格局的关系。指出该新型的火墙式落地炕的设计在一定程度上满足了该地区冬季取暖的要求,在舒适、健康、环保和经济上符合建设社会主义新农村的要求。

In order to explore and design an energy-saving and environmental kang and improve indoor thermal environment and air quality in rural residence of northern cold area, carried out an investigation in Fangshengou Village of Nong＇an County, Changchun city, Jilin Province. The result shows that local residents renovated the structure of kang, according to house pattern with new life style. On the basis of fully investigation of the new type of firewall-kang, the field and experimental test has been carried out in recent two years. The relationships among the working principle, characters and house pattern were analyzed. The conclusion shows that to some extent, firewall-kang can meet the need of the space heating winter, and accord with the requirement of new socialist countryside construction on comfort, health, environmental protection and economy.
