生物素酶缺乏症一例

摘要 患儿，男，1岁1个月，因“喂养困难、频繁呕吐、智力倒退6个月”入院。患儿系第1胎第1产，母孕28”周早产，无生后缺氧窒息史，否认父母近亲婚配及家族遗传病史。生后逐渐出现喂养困难、频繁呕吐。母乳喂养至6个月。生长发育落后，5个月会抬头，6个月时智力逐渐倒退，不会抬头，7个月时智能发育测评结果：大运动相当于1．5月龄，精细运动相当于3月龄，认知水平相当于4月龄，语言能力相当于4月龄，社交行为相当于4月龄。
