摘要
主要针对线路检修临时接地线的安全拆卸问题,研制了线路检修及接地线状态监视预警系统。利用条形码编码识别、通用分组无线电业务(GPRS)无线传输、全球定位系统(GPS)卫星定位技术,建立了融合基础数据管理、警示信号显示、临时接地线工具管理功能的管理平台,实现对系统工作的监控。整个系统由现场端和系统服务器端构成。介绍了系统构成原理、结构、软件功能和应用效果。该系统可便于管理人员和检修人员在进行操作、检修作业时对现场接地状态的掌控,防止发生输电线带地线合闸恶性事故的发生,确保正常的检修流程。
In order to solve the safety problem of disassembling the grounding line temporarily for line maintenance, a monitoring and warning system for transmission network maintenance and grounding line working conditions is studied. By using technologies of coding identification of the bar code, general packet radio service (GPRS) wireless transmission and global positioning system (GPS) secondary planet orientation, a management platform is built to monitor the system with functions such as basic data management, caution signal display, and tool management of temporary grounding line. The system consists of a locale end and a system server. The construction principle, configuration, software function and application effect of the system are described. The system makes it convenient for managers and maintenance personnel to control the field grounding line status during operation or overhaul to prevent the occurrence of disastrous security accidents when the grounding-switch is off.
