摘要
地方政策性投融资是推动地方经济增长的主要动力。文章通过对构建地方政策性投融资体系的必然性及其原则进行分析,指出目前我国地方政策性投融资体系的现状与不足,以及如何发展和完善与社会主义市场经济相适应的地方政策性投融资体系,运用新的投融资方式和手段,进一步发挥地方政策性投融资在地方经济社会发展和地方政府调控经济中的重要作用。
Local policy-related investment and financing is the main driving force to promote local economic growth. Based on the analysis of the inevitability and the principle of constructing local policy-related investment and financing system, this paper points out the present situation of this system and its insufficiency, as well as how to develop and perfect it to adapt with the socialism market economy, by utilizing new investment and financing methods and means so as to further display its important role in the provincial economy social development and the local government regulations in the economy.
