从东部提升的战略高度重新审视黄河三角洲大开发战略

To Re-Examine the Strategy of Developing the Yellow River Delta from the View of Strategic Development of Eastern China

黄河三角洲地处山东省的东北部,是我国东部沿海经济开放区的重要组成部分。改革开放以来,整个沿海地区都得到了蓬勃发展。然而,由于种种因素的影响,黄河三角洲的开发建设却明显滞后,整个东部提升进程深受影响。为了黄河三角洲的可持续发展和加快山东省及其环渤海湾经济的发展,必须从东部提升的战略高度重新审视黄河三角洲的大开发战略,这也是黄河三角洲发展的希望所在。

Yellow River Delta is located in the northeastern of Shandong Province, it is an important part of China＇s eastern coastal economic opening up district. Since the reform and opening up, the entire coastal area has been vigorous developed and the prelude to the rise of the eastern China started. However, due to various factors, the development and construction of the Yellow River Delta is obviously lagging behind, the entire process of the rise of eastern China was seriously affected. Faced the reality and for the sustainable development of the Yellow River Delta, Shandong Province, and in order to speed up the economic development of Bohai Gulf, we need to re-examine development of the Yellow River Delta strategy in large-scale from the view of whole eastern China development, and this is where hope of the development of the Yellow River Delta is.
