Cities Systems and Development Strategy of Seaside Tourism in Liaoning

城市是旅游开发的重要地域单元,科学的旅游城镇体系在辽宁海洋旅游业发展中具有不可替代的重要作用。旅游城镇体系是由区域内相互关联的旅游城镇所构成的,包括等级规模体系、职能体系和空间结构体系的集合。辽宁滨海地区旅游城镇体系的建设要逐步形成中心旅游城市、次中心旅游城市和特色旅游城镇三级等级规模体系,旅游资源的开发坚持以城镇为依托,并通过交通通讯网络形成完整有序的空间结构。

City is an important unit of tourism development. Scientific tourism cities systems play an important role in the seaside tourism development in Liaoning province. Tourism cities systems are made up of the correlative tourism towns in the area, including aggregates of grade systems, fimction systems and space construction systems. The build of the tourism cities systems in Liaoning seaside area should form three grades systems of tourism center cities, tourism hypo-center cities and characteristic tourism towns. The tourism resources development have to rely on cities and form the networks of communication.
