A Decision Model Based on VE Theory for Operation Strategy Optimization

企业运营战略的选择对企业经营成果有着重要影响。如何优化运营战略,降低运营成本,提高运营效益是任何企业都必须面对的问题。本研究提出了基于VE理论的企业运营战略优化决策分析模型,为企业优化运营战略提供了理论依据,并通过案例阐释了模型的应用过程,为企业应用该模型提供了实践依据。

The choice of operation strategy is critical to the result of the enterprise management. The most important question for the enterprises is to optimize the operation strategy and cut down the operation cost. This paper was devoted to develop a decision model based on value engineering for enterprises to optimize its operation strategy. At the same time, an exact example was drawn to demonstrate that how the decision model works in the strategy optimization process.
