网络时代我国电信企业技术创新研究

Technological Innovation for Telecommunications Enterprises in China

在科学技术飞速发展、网络信息突飞猛进、电信企业竞争日益激烈的情况下,电信技术创新,尤其是核心技术的创新已成为电信企业发展的不竭动力。文章主要研究网络时代我国电信企业技术创新的现状、动因和动力,我国电信企业技术创新的方式和方法;据此提出有针对性地促进我国电信企业技术创新发展的政策和建议,推动我国电信企业技术创新上台阶、上层次、上水平。

As science and technology develops fast, network information advances by leaps and bounds and the competition among telecommunication enterprises are increasing fierce, the technological innovation, especially the innovation of core technology, has become the eternal power for the telecommunications enterprises＇ development. This paper analyzes the status, motives and driving forces of the telecommunications enterprises in China and the ways and methods for innovation, and then put forward the policies and suggestions for the telecommunication enterprise development so as to promote the technological innovation.
