Safe Operation Analysis of Hydroprocessing Reactors

摘要 分析了加氢反应器主要的腐蚀损伤形式和出现部位,提出了相应的安全防护措施;讨论了催化剂在装填及运行时的安全隐患及解决办法;另外对内构件安装做出了技术要求。 The main corrosion damages and corrosion locations of hydroprocessing reactors are analyzed and corresponding safety protection measures are proposed. The potential danger and solutions in catalyst loading and operation are discussed and technical requirements for installation of internals are specified.
