摘要
主要研究了不同种类粉煤灰的投加比,搅拌时间、静置时间等因素对炼油废水去油率的影响。研究表明,对于相同废水,一级粉煤灰去油率最好。按L9正交试验表进行试验,一级粉煤灰最优条件:原料的投加比灰/水1:2.5、静置时间2 h、搅拌时间5 min,在此条件下去油效果最好,去油率达80.07%。
The impact of addition ratio, agitation time and settlement time of different powdered coal ashes on oil removal rate of refinery waste water was studied. The results showed that Grade 1 coal ash offers the highest oil removal rate. In the test based upon L9 orthogonal testing list at the conditions of 1:2.5 ash to water ratio, 5 minutes of agitation and 2 hours of settlement, the oil removal rate is as high as 80.07%.
