摘要
硫磺回收装置在低负荷运行中极易发生设备腐蚀穿孔现象,影响装置的正常运行,其腐蚀部位包括制硫燃烧炉防爆板、一级硫冷凝冷却器管芯以及烟囱顶端等。通过分析主要原因系硫酸露点腐蚀造成的。因此,只要提高局部温度便可减轻腐蚀。当H2S体积分数较低,酸性气量较少时,要适当增加配风系数以提高系统温度。另外,用配烧瓦斯的方法可控制烟道系统的温度。
The equipment in sulfur recovery unit is easily susceptible to corrosion failure when operating at lower capacity, which will affect the normal operation of the unit. The corrosion locations are the rupture plate of combustion furnace, 1 st - stage sulfur cooler tubes and top section of flue gas stack, etc. The corrosion is mainly caused by sulfuric acid dew point corrosion. Therefore, the corrosion can be mitigated by raising the temperature of associated section. When H2S volumetric percentage is low and amount of sour gas is small, the combustion air should be appropriately increased to elevate the system temperature. In addition, the use of gas as fuel can control the temperature of flue gas system.
