摘要
针对催化重整装置水冷器的腐蚀泄漏现象,从腐蚀形式、腐蚀机理及影响腐蚀的因素等方面进行了详细分析,认为循环水系统微生物细菌、冲刷腐蚀以及水冷器壳程腐蚀性介质等因素是造成水冷器腐蚀泄漏的主要原因,并提出了相应对策。
In a ease study of corrosion leakdage of water cooler in a catalytic reformer, the corrosion was analyzed in detail in respect of corrosion form and factors affecting corrosion. It is concluded that the main culprits of corrosion are bio - bacteria in cooling water system, the impingement erosion and corrosive media in the shell side of water cooler. Corresponding control measures are recommended.
