摘要
在当前的国际工程承包实践中,国外项目管理公司与国内传统企业的工作方法存在很大的不同。其中一个重要的差异是国外公司制定了工作分解结构(WBS),并严格执行这一规定。就参与的几个国际工程承包项目的实践,探讨WBS在电源产品国际工程项目管理中的应用。
In today' s international contract engineering practice, big difference is observed between the management methods of abroad companies and the traditional inland enterprises. WBS is framed and strictly followed by abroad companies. In this paper, application of WBS working methods in the management of international power source system engineering project is discussed based on several international contract engineering projects participated by the writer.
