介绍了温差发电器的材料、性能发展情况。简要介绍传统材料的性能,具体介绍了低热导率纳米材料、掺杂半导体材料和薄膜材料等的最新进展,阐述了对温差发电器组件结构和热交换进行优化设计,从而提高发电器性能。
This article reviews the material and performance improvements of TEGs. It goes through the traditional materials briefly, and describes the new improvement of low thermal conductivity nano-material, doped semiconductor material, and thin film material in more detail. It also presents some performance improvements of TEGs due to the optimized design of the structure and heat exchange of TEGs devices.
