摘要
以Al2O3和AlN作为原料,采用放电等离子烧结(spark plasma sintering,SPS)技术,通过固相反应法成功制备了AlON透明陶瓷。通过改变烧结工艺,制得样品的最高透光率达到75.2%。XRD,SEM结果表明烧结体具有较高的纯度、致密度和良好的晶体结构。SPS技术为直接烧结合成AlON透明陶瓷提供了一种新的方法。
Pure aluminum oxynitride (A1ON) transparent ceramics are sintered by spark plasma sintering (SPS) technique through solid-state reaction of Al2O3 and AlN. The sample yields the best transmittance of 75.2 % by optimizing sintering process. The results from SEM, XRD indicate that the samples have high density, purity and fine microstruetures. SPS introduces a novel way for sintering AION transparent ceramics.
