摘要
采用超声波分散工艺和浇铸成型法制备了多壁纳米碳管/环氧树脂复合材料,考察了不同纳米碳管添加量对复合材料力学性能的影响,并利用扫描电镜对复合材料的断面形貌进行了微观分析。研究表明:添加纳米碳管对环氧树脂的弯曲强度、压缩强度和拉伸强度具有明显的改善效果,断面分析表明纳米碳管在环氧树脂中分散较好,其界面结合较强。
Multi-walled carbon nanotube/epoxy composites were prepared by ultrasonic dispersion technic and cast-molding method. The influence of carbon nanotube content on the mechanical properties of composites was discussed and the mierostructure of fracture section of the composites was investigated by SEM analysis. The research results show that the bending strength, compressive strength and tensile strength of epoxy resin are obviously improved With the addition of carbon nanotubes in resin. Carbon nanotubes are well dispersed in the epoxy resin matrix, and the interfacial bonding between carbon nanotubes and epoxy resin matrix is strong.
