水泥稳定碎石强度特性的试验研究 被引量:71

摘要 强度是水泥稳定碎石重要品质,也间接地反映了水泥稳定碎石组成结构。分别应用静压法和振动法成型试件、芯样试件对水泥稳定碎石强度特性进行试验研究。结果表明,振动法成型试件强度与现场芯样强度比较吻合,反映了振动法较好地模拟水泥稳定碎石现场实际情况;振动法成型试件的7d强度为静压法成型试件的2.0—2.25倍、极限强度为2.58—2.87倍;压实度提高1%,水泥稳定碎石最终强度可提高约10%;振动法成型的试件抗压强度与劈裂强度之比约为9.0,静压法约为7.5;振动法成型试件的强度平均为芯样强度1.19倍,静压法成型试件的强度平均为芯样强度的0.55倍。因此,建议采用振动法进行水泥稳定碎石材料组成设计及施工现场控制。 The strength properties, which is major qualities cement stabilization of crushed aggregate, indirectly reflects the structure of cement stabilization of crushed aggregate. The effect of compaction methods on the strength properties and strength predicting model of cement stabilization of crushed aggregate are investigated by vibrating compaction method and static compaction method. The test results show that the strength of vibrating compaction method's sample are accordant with the strength of core in-situ, which vibrating compaction method simulate cement stabilization crushed stone actual situation in-situ; the 7-days unconfined compressive strength of vibrating compaction method is 2.0--2.25 times than static compaction method and ultimate strength is 2.58--2.87 times; the compactness raised 1%, ultimate strength of cement stabilization of crushed aggregate can increased about 10 % ; The ratio of vibrating compaction specimen' s compressive strength to intensity of fracturing is about 9.0, and static compaction method is about 7.5; the strength of vibrating compaction specimen is 1.19 times than the strength of core samples in average, the strength of static compaction specimen is 0.55 times than the strength of core samples in average, use vibrating compaction method to design the cement stabilization of crushed aggregate and control the field quality is recommended.
