复方萘甲唑林滴眼液对兔眼非感染性炎症的抑制作用

Effect of compound naphazoline eye drops on noninfective ocular inflammation in rabbits

目的：研究复方萘甲唑林滴眼液（ＣＮＥＤ）对兔眼非感染性炎症的抑制作用。方法：分别准确量取１００ｇ·Ｌ－１（重量与体积之比，下同）辣椒酊和１０ｇ·Ｌ－１斑蝥酊５０μｌ，给兔滴眼造成非感染性炎症模型。于致炎前１．５ｈ及致炎后０．５ｈ～７２ｈ，用ＣＮＥＤ治疗观察该药对炎症的抑制效果。结果：ＣＮＥＤ对１００ｇ·Ｌ－１辣椒酊和１０ｇ·Ｌ－１斑蝥酊所致炎症有显著疗效。

OBJECIVE: To observe the effects of compound naphazoline eye drops (CNED) on noninfective ocular inflammation in rabbits. METHODS: Ocular inflammation was induced by dripping 10% capsicum or 1% cantharis tincture 50 μl onto the rabbit eyes. CNED was administrated topically before and after instillation of the tincture. The levels of ocular inflammation were evaluated. RESULTS: CNED suppressed significantly the ocular inflammation, including conjunctival injection, chemosis, and discharge. CONCLUSION: CNED is effective in prevention and treatment of noninfective extraocular inflammation.
