川陈皮素的全合成

Synthesis of nobiletin

目的：研究川陈皮素的化学全合成路线。方法：从基本的化工原料间苯二酚开始，经６步合成此化合物，即间苯二酚溴代，醚化，苯环上亲核取代，付科反应上乙酰基，缩合与关环。结果：得到的样品经１ＨＮＭＲ，ＭＳ等波谱分析，证明是川陈皮素。

OBJECTIVE: To study the total synthesis of nobiletin. METHODS: The synthetic route consists of six steps starting from resorcinol, thus bromination of resorcinol, etherification, etc. RESULTS: This synthetic route is practical. CONCLUSION: The experiment results show that 1 H NMR, MS of the synthetic example prove the product is nobiletin.
