加速碳化养护钢渣混合水泥制备钢渣砖 被引量:7

摘要 通过对钢渣混合水泥进行加速碳化养护制备钢渣砖。设计不同的钢渣和水泥配合比,在满足国家标准的前提下,钢渣的掺量上限为60%。制备出碳化增重率10.44%、抗折强度5.02MPa、抗压强度20.06MPa、冻融强度14.63MPa、吸水率11.24%、饱水强度10.89MPa、压蒸安定性合格的碳化钢渣混合水泥钢渣砖。 Steel slag cement was carbonated to manufacture steel slag bricks. Different proportions of steel slag and cement were designed. Under the precondition of meeting the requirement of national standard, the maximum proportion of steel slag was 60%. So preparing carbonated steel slag mixed cement bricks, whose carbonation degree is 10.44%, bending strength is 5.02 MPa, compressive strength is 20.06 MPa, freezing and thawing strength is 14.63 MPa, water absorption is 11.24%, saturated intensity is 10.89 MPa and soundness is confoimity.
