摘要
通过从花药培养中获得的1份纯合的烤烟黄叶突变材料的生长特性、农艺性状及其遗传特性的研究,结果表明:该材料是由2对隐性核基因控制的一个新的突变材料,幼苗期表现为黄色,长势与正常绿色植株一致,其与正常绿色纯合烤烟品种正反交的F1表现为正常绿色,F2的绿叶植株数与黄叶植株数的比值符合孟德尔的经典遗传规律15(绿叶)∶1(黄叶)的分离比例,其轮回亲本BC1的绿叶植株数与黄叶植株数的比值符合3(绿叶)∶1(黄叶)。
The growth characteristic, agronomic characters and genetic feature of a yellow leaf mutant obtained from tobacco tissue culture were studied. The results showed that the yellow leaf of the new mutant was controlled by two pairs of recessive nuclear genes. The leaf color of the mutant is yellowish green from the seedling stage and its growth vigor shows no difference with normal plants with green leaves. The leaf color of F1 plants from the reciprocal cross between the mutant and other pure tobacco varieties with normal green leaves is green. The proportion between plants with green leaves and yellow leaves in F2 generation accords with Mendel's law and the proportion between plants with green leaves and yellow leaves in BC1 generation accords with 3(green leaf) :1(yellow leaf).
