摘要
以玉米芯为主要原料,对引进的6个木耳品种进行了比较试验。结果表明,99丰和黄背2号表现出生物转化率较高,抗杂能力强,商品性好等优点,适于黔西北气候生态条件种植,而毛木耳71、杂交34及台耳319表现次之,紫木耳较差。
The comparison test of 6 introduced edible fungus varieties was conducted by using corncob as the main raw material. The results showed that 99 feng and Huangbei 2 varieties with the advantages of high biological transformation rate, strong adverse resistance and good commerciality were suitably cultivated under the climatic and ecological conditions in Northwest Guizhou and the performance of purple edible fungus variety was bad.
