摘要
为三文鱼饵料配方提供参考,在饵料中添加不同水平的VE量,对体重为(500±50)g/尾三文鱼饲养90 d,以观察饵料中VE添加量对三文鱼生长的影响。结果表明:在投喂添加VE的4组饵料中,三文鱼的成活率依次为98%、99.67%、99.67%和100%;屠宰率依次为82.13%、83.78%、85.85%和84.42%;相对增重率依次为153.9%、156.1%、180.9%和179.6%;饵料系数依次为1.83、1.72、1.66和1.70;蛋白质效率依次为1.09、1.16、1.20和1.18。与饵料中未添加VE的试验组相比,添加VE均可促进三文鱼生长,提高三文鱼存活率、屠宰率,降低饵料系数和提高蛋白质效率,以VE添加量30 mg/kg的效果最好。
To study effects of different concentration of vitamin E on growth performance of the salmon,salmon weighted (500 ± 50) g were divided into 4 groups and fed for 90 days with bait that contained 0 mg/kg, 20 mg/kg, 30 mg/kg and 40 mg/kg VE respectively. Results showed that the survival rate of salmon was 98%, 99. 67%, 99. 67% and 100%, slaughtering percentage was 82.13%,83.78%, 85.85%and 84.42%1, relative body weight gain rate was 153.9%,156.1%,180. 9%and 179.6%, bait input coefficient was 1.83,1.72,1.66 and 1.70, and protein utilization efficiency was 1.09,1.16,1.20 and 1.18 with different level of Vr. It is conformed that bait with vitamin E promote growth performance, improve survival ratio, slaughtering percentage and protein utilization efficiency, and also reduce bait input coefficient. The optimum addictive amount of VE was 30 mg/kg.
