Countermeasures to Promote the Construction of New Socialist Countryside in Guizhou by Step

贵州省经济社会发展水平相对落后且不平衡,区域间存在明显差异。对贵州省新农村建设应针对各类区域的基础条件,在不同阶段分别提出新农村建设的目标和重点任务,使贵州省社会主义新农村建设扎实推进,取得最大实效。从三个阶段探讨了分步推进贵州省社会主义新农村建设的对策措施,以期对贵州省社会主义新农村建设提供参考。

The development level of social and economic in Guizhou is relatively behind and imbalaneed, and there are obvious differences among the regions. The targets and important missions in different stage of new countryside construction should be fulfilled according to the basic condition in different regions to stably promoted the new countryside construction in Guizbou and achieve great success. This paper discussed the countermeasures divided by three stages to promote by step for the new socialist countryside construction and it should be referable.
