Design of Scheme of Action for Sustainable Participatory Tourism Development Planning in Ethnic Communities

民族村寨旅游的可持续发展离不开各参与主体的积极行动,为了更好地促进民族村寨社区参与旅游的可持续发展,在参阅文献和实地调研的基础上,编制了民族村寨社区参与旅游的可持续发展行动方案。主要包括:1)行动方案的基本框架构建,包括行动目标的制定、行动主体和具体行动计划的确定;2)以贵州部分有代表性的民族村寨社区为例,在总体目标控制下,根据各行动目标要求及行动主体利益诉求设计具体行动方案;3)为了行动方案的顺利实施,分析了可持续发展行动方案的保障机制。

The energetic action of every participation subject is important for the sustainable development of tourism in ethnic villages. Based on literature review, on site survey and investigation, an action plan for sustainable development was proposed in this paper. There are 3 parts in the pIan which are： 1） The basic structure of the action scheme of sustainable tourism development including the aim design of specific action plan, determination of the action parts and specific content of actualization. 2） Take some representative ethnic communities in Guizhou as example, under the overall target, the specific action plan could be designed according to the requirement of action target and based on the interest orientation of the action parts. 3） The guarantee mechanism for sustainable tourism development was analyzed to ensure the successful actualization of the plan.
