3种贱金属合金铸造冠造成MRI图像伪影的分析比较 被引量:7

摘要 目的对比钴铬合金、低钛合金及镍铬合金3种贱金属合金铸造冠,在3.0 T及1.5 T磁共振成像检查时,产生金属伪影的最大面积及伪影涉及的扫描层数。方法给实验犬佩戴试验铸造冠,分别进行常规3.0 T及1.5 T磁共振头部扫描,测量不同铸造冠在不同扫描序列中所产生的伪影的最大面积及伪影涉及的层数,进行对比。结果3种合金铸造冠在实验所用扫描序列中均有明显伪影;钴铬合金铸造冠所产生的伪影最大面积及伪影涉及的层数均最大,镍铬合金和钛合金铸造冠伪影最大面积及涉及层数无明显差别。结论钴铬合金铸造冠产生的伪影最大;镍铬合金和钛合金铸造冠伪影程度相当。 Objective To investigate the influence of three dental alloys casting crowns on the artifacts of MRI imaging during the examination of 3.0T MRI and 1.5T MRI.Methods The anesthetized dog was placed on the check bed,and the three casting crowns were put on experimental tooth in turn.Then the MRI scanned its head with six sequences.Results The existence and extent of artifacts of Go-Gr were the biggest.On the other hand the artifacts of Ni-Gr were similar to those of Ti-alloy in every test sequence.Conclusion The artifacts of Go-Gr alloy are the biggest, and which in other tow ones are similar.
