用气相色谱法对冰硼软膏中的冰片含量进行测定,其线性范围为5～403μg/ml,检测灵敏度为2μg,回收率在98％以上。

A method of gas chromatography for determination of bomeolum syntheticum was described. The linear relationship is good in the range 5 ~ 403μg/ml,the limit of determination was over 2μg,the average recovery of bomeolum syntheticum came up to 98% the RSD was 1.02% .
