In order to expand the application of ofloxacin in clinic, the article introduced ofloxacin' s presuription spectrophomtoetry for quantitative determination. The method is stable, precise and credible. The average recovery was 99.74% ,RSD was 0.52% .The results showed that the method can be used for the determination of ofloxacin in ointment and can notbe interrupted by the addition of ointment.
