hGM-CSF基因活体电转染小鼠中子辐射损伤后细胞凋亡流式分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究hGM-CSF基因活体电转染对中子辐射损伤的救治作用。方法用流式细胞分析hGM-CSF基因活体电转染小鼠和单纯中子照射小鼠细胞凋亡的变化。结果在小鼠骨髓、脾脏与胸腺的分析中,hGM-CSF基因活体电转染组小鼠细胞凋亡率始终明显低于单纯照射组小鼠细胞凋亡率(P<0.05)。结论hGM-CSF基因活体电转染可显著减低中子辐射所致小鼠骨髓细胞、脾脏与胸腺淋巴细胞的凋亡率,并使凋亡程度减弱,凋亡持续时间缩短。提示hGM-CSF基因活体电转染对中子辐射损伤的救治作用。 Objective To study the radiation-protective of GM-CSF gene on bone marrow and thymus gland and spleen in mice suffering from radiation damage induced by neutron radiation.. Methods Flow eytometry was used to analyze the rate of lymphocyte apoptosis in mice suffering from radiation damage of transferred GM-CSF gene with eleetroporation and those of with- out transferred GM-CSF gene. Results Significant differences between the rate of lymphocyte apoptosis in mice suffering from ra- diation damage of transferred GM-CSF gene with eleetroporation and those of without transferred GM-CSF gene were noted( P〈0. 05). Conclusion GM-CSF probably had the radiation-protective of thymus gland and spleen and bone marrow in mice suffer- ing,from radiation damage induced by neutron radiation.
