摘要
目的比较甲基强的松龙(MP)冲击治疗和地塞米松(DEM)常规治疗对于儿童急性病毒性脑炎的短期疗效。方法我科2006年10月～2008年2月收治的60例急性病毒性脑炎患儿,随机分为两组。大剂量MP冲击治疗方案的为MP组(n=30),地塞米松静脉滴注的为DEM组(n=30)。比较两组患儿临床症状、体征和辅助检查(发热、惊厥、脑膜刺激征和脑电图等)好转的时程,以及住院天数和药物不良反应。结果与DEM组相比,MP组症状、体征及辅助检查恢复正常的时程缩短(P<0.05),特别是MP对于患儿的惊厥更容易控制。MP组平均住院天数也较DEM组短(P<0.05),而两组在药物不良反应方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论大剂量MP冲击治疗儿童急性病毒性脑炎,可迅速改善临床症状、恢复大脑功能、缩短病程,正确使用并无明显不良反应。
Objective To compare therapeutic effects of methylprednisolone （MP） and dexamethasone （DEM） in acute viral encephalitis for children. Methods We divided randomizedly 60 aeute viral encephalitis cases from Oct 2006 to Feb 2008, into 2 groups. The MP group was subjected to large dosage of MP（ n = 30）, DEM group （n = 30） was venously injected of DEM. The phase of clinical recovery（ fever, convulsion, meningo-signs and EEG etc）, hospitalization and side-effects were observed. Re- suits Compared with DEM group, the average recovery phase of MP group shortened down statistically （P〈0. 05 ）, specifically the convulsion in MP group easily recovered. The average hospitalization in MP group was shortened than that of DEM group （ P〈 0. 05 ）. The side-effects of both groups were not statistically different （P〉0. 05 ）. Conclusion The study indicted that correct us- age of large dosage of MP therapy can improve clinical symptoms, recover brain function and shorten course for acute viral enceph- alitis of children with little side-effects.
