选择性支气管动脉化疗灌注治疗中晚期肺癌的临床应用

Clinical application of selective bronchial arterial infusion chemotherapy on advanced and late lung cancer

目的提高对支气管动脉化疗灌注治疗中晚期肺癌(BAIC)临床应用价值的认识。方法回顾性分析65例BAIC的临床、介入性影像资料。结果65例肺癌支气管动脉造影均为支气管动脉供血及伴小部分肋间动脉共干供血约占16.9%(11/65例),其中多血管型50例,少血管型15例。灌注化疗近期有效率为83.1%(54/65),无效率为16.9%(11/65)。并发症为5.1%(6/118例次)。结论支气管动脉化疗灌注是治疗中晚期肺癌首选的治疗方法。

Objective To make the clinical application value of bronchial arterial infusion chemotherapy （ BAIC ） known on advanced and late lung cancer. Methods Clinical data and interventional imaging data in 65 eases of advanced and late hmg cancer patients treated with BAIC were analyzed retrospectively. Results Bronchial arteriography of the 65 cases showed that carcinomas were bloed-supplied by bronchial artery（83.1% ） or intercostal artery which branched a bronchial artery （16.9%）. Carcinomas of 50 cases were plentiful blood vessels, while 15 cases sparse blood vessels. Response rate （RR） was 83.1% and no change 16.9%. Complication rate was 5.1%. Conclusion BAIC is the first choice for advanced and late lung cancer treat- ment.
