摘要
对贵州铝土矿石灰烧结法所得熟料进行了溶出实验,研究了碳酸钠浓度、溶出温度、搅拌速度等因素对氧化铝溶出率的影响。结果表明,当碳碱浓度维持在0.95mol/L^1.95mol/L时,熟料溶出性能较好;搅拌速度达到400 r/min之后,不再影响氧化铝溶出率。在实验的条件范围内,该溶出反应为一级反应,反应受固膜内扩散控制,频率因子A为2.54×10-9,表观活化能Ea为11.773 kJ/mol。
The leaching process of sinter which was made of middle grade bauxite of Guizhou province was studied. The effects of concentration of soda, reaction temperature, and agitation rate on the leaching rate were determined, The results showed: the leaching rate is proper when the concentration of soda is controlled at 0.95mol/L-- 1.95mol/L; the leaching rate of aluminate is not influenced by stirring speed when stirring rate is above 400 r/ min. Leaching kinetics of calcium aluminate sinter is studied. The leaching process can be modeled with the shrinking core model of the first order reaction. The frequency factor is 2.54 × 10-9; the apparent activation energy is 15.84 kJ/mol.
