优化工艺强化管理降低炭阳极生产中的原料消耗

Reducing raw materials consumption in carbon anode production through optimizing process and strengthing management

铝用炭阳极生产的主要原料为石油焦和改质沥青,本文主要阐述了两种原料单耗的计算办法,并结合企业的实际生产状况,从优化工艺和强化管理的角度,提出了预焙阳极生产过程中,控制石油焦、沥青原料单耗的主要途径和措施。

The main raw materials of carbon anode is petroleum coke and modified pitch. This paper mainly introduced the calculating method of two type materials consumption, according to the producing experience of some corporation and from the view of optimizing craft and strengthing management. The chief ways and measures of controlling petroleum coke and modified pitch specific consumption were proposed in prebaked anode production.
