摘要
结合生产实践对真空蒸馏的原理及影响蒸发速度的几个主要因素进行了分析;并就提高冷凝效果、改善冷凝物分布、实现气-固冷凝进行了探讨;同时阐述了改善蒸馏对海绵钛氯、氧含量的影响。
In this paper, the prindple of vacuum distillation and some main factors that affect evaporation rate are analyzed based on production and practice, and enhancement of condensation effect, improvement of condensate distribution, realization of gas - solid condensation are discussed. Meanwhile, the effects of improving distillation on the chlorine and oxygen oontent in titanium sponge are mentioned as well.
