摘要
结合龙滩水电站5号机组盘车工艺,总结与介绍了5~7号机组盘车过程中实施的新技术与新工艺,其中机械盘车、最小二乘法摆度计算、机坑外联轴与机坑内联转轮和水机轴均是与前4台机组所不同的。5号机组盘车成功为6、7号机组快速装机提供了宝贵的时间和经验,为龙滩工程“一年四投”的提前发电目标奠定了良好的基础。
With the turning technique of Unit 5 in Longtan Hydropower Station,introduces the newtechnologies and newtechniques in the turning processes of Unit 5 ~ 7.The mechanical turning,the run-out calculation by the least square method,the shaft conjunction outside the pit and runner conjunction with turbine shaft in the pit are different from the first 4 units.The successful installation of Unit 5 has provided precious time and valuable experience for installation of Unit 6 and Unit 7.It has laid a good foundation for put four units into operation in a yeal in Longtan Hydropower Station.
