季节性接触性皮炎阳性斑贴试验免疫病理观察

Observation on Immunopathology of Positive Allergic PatchTest Reactions of Pollen Antigens in Patients withSeasonal Contact Dermatitis

对５例季节性接触性皮炎（ＳＧ）患者花粉变应原阳性过敏斑贴试验反应组织初步进行免疫病理观察。７例非季节性接触性皮炎（ＮＳＧ）标准筛选抗原阳性过敏斑贴试验反应组织，２例健康组织为对照。结果表明，多数ＳＧ患者（４／５）阳性过敏斑贴试验表皮、真皮组织存在ＣＤ２３＋细胞，ＮＳＧ的阳性过敏斑贴试验组织和正常组织未见ＣＤ２３＋细胞，同时所有标本均检测到ＣＤ１ａ阳性细胞。

Observation on immunopathology of positive allergic patch test reactions to pollen antigens were performed in five patients with seasonal contact dermatitis (SG). Positive allergic patch test reactions to standard screening allergens in seven patients with allergic contact dermatitis (NSG) and two healthy individuals were used as control. The results showed that CD23+ cells were detected in the dermis and epidermis in majority (4/5) of the positive allergic patch test reactions of SG. CD23+ cells were not detected in positive allergic patch test reactions of patients with NSG and normal skin. While CD1a positive cells were detected in all of samples. There results indicate that CD23 might play a role in pathogenesis of SG.
