金融危机下福建省汽车零部件产业合理化政策

The Policy of Automotive Spare Parts Industry in Fujian Province

通过分析金融危机背景下福建省汽车零部件产业外部的环境,指出在当前全球经济萧条的情况下,防止福建省汽车零部件产业的过度竞争,对产业组织政策进行调整是十分必要的,为了说明如何调整,对汽车零部件企业的现状进行分析,主要通过市场集中度、产品技术差别来分析,进而发现福建省汽车零部件产业存在的问题,从而以产业合理化政策的定义和内容为基础,提出了通过构建创新型小规模企业;实现产业横向一体化;完善政府的服务体系等措施。

This article analyses the external environment of the automotive spare parts industry in Fujian Province while the financial crisis is strucking world economic. Then we point out that in a depression it is necessary to adjust the policy of industrial organization about the automotive spare parts industry to preventing the over-competition by the companies of automotive spare parts. To illustrate how to adjust the policy , we have an analysis of the current situation about the automotive spare parts industry in Fujian by concentration ratio and differences between technology. We found the existing problems in our province about the automotive spare parts industry. Finally we based on the Definition and content on the policy of industrial organization , Proposing remedial measures as follows： constructing medium and small-sized scientific and technological enterprises , achieving integration of industries , improving the system of government services.
