泉州零售业连锁经营发展对策研究

A Study on the Strategy of Development of the Chain Operation of Quanzhou Retailing Industry

经过近十几年的发展,泉州零售业连锁经营逐步发展并壮大,另外,随着我国加入世贸组织及流通业进一步开放,世界著名连锁企业也纷纷抢占泉州市场。因此,现在泉州零售业连锁经营企业不仅面临着本土企业之间的竞争,也面临着本土企业与国外零售巨头之间的激烈竞争。那么如何制定合理的发展战略就显得尤为关键。本文着重分析泉州零售连锁经营的现状及存在的主要问题,并针对所存在问题提出了泉州零售连锁经营的对策和建议。

After nearly several years development, Quanzhou retail chain operations develops gradually and expands, as China joined the WTO and the circulation industry along with our country further opens. Therefore, the present Quanzhou retail chain enterprises are not only facing competi- tion between the native place enterprises now, is also facing the steep competition between the native place enterprise and the overseas retail sales giant. So how to make rational development strategy appears to be particularly critical. This paper has analyzed the Quanzhou retail chain management present situation and the existence subject matter emphatically, and aimed at these problems to propose some reasonable countermeasures as strengthening the enterprise own management level, strengthening the brand -building, improving information technology in the retail chain operator and so on.
