In the world today,the intellectual property strategy is increasingly becoming an important part for national economic and social development in developed countries,and an important method for developed counties and multinational corporations to participate in fierce market competition, especially after our country join in WTO. Foreign enterprise , especially the multinational corporation, frequently takes their absolute advantages in patent field to seize china＇s market and uphold patent strategy to encicle and supress chinese enterpries from time to time--which forms huge obstacle to our national enterprise＇s growing. Therefore,chinses enterprise should stand together under the goverment＇s positive leading and aggressively strengthen the ability of independent creation to coping with the home and broad challenges.
