The grass-rooting teaching administrative personnel are the important strength in college management . This paper basis on the problems of the uneven divisions of labor and the work weary and etc in grass-roots teaching management in college ,analyses the necessity to implement job rotation for the grass-roots administrative personnel in college ,and proposes some items that should be noted .
