摘要
研究了5A06铝合金磁脉冲成形圆孔翻边工艺,分析了影响材料成形性能的各种因素,测量了磁脉冲成形圆孔翻边的壁厚变化并与常规方法进行了对比。结果表明:磁脉冲成形可以提高材料的塑性;与常规方法相比,磁脉冲成形方法可以显著地提高铝合金的圆孔翻边性能,材料内部组织没有发生明显变化。
Forming process of 5A06 aluminum alloy flanged hole by EMF and elements influencing forming properties are researched and analyzed. Variation of wall thickness is measured with the results compared with that by conventional method. The experimental results show that in comparison with conventional method, EMF can obtain better plasticity of materials and significantly improve the performance of aluminum alloy flanged hole with little effect on the material's microstructure.
