某甲烷氯化物建设项目职业病危害控制效果评价

Control Effect of Occupational Hazards in Construction Project of Chloromethanes

目的评价某甲烷氯化物建设项目职业病危害控制效果,为卫生行政部门审批建设项目提供依据。方法通过现场职业卫生学调查和职业病危害因素检测,采用定量分析法进行评价。结果该建设项目的选址与总体布局、生产设备布局、职业病防护措施、个人防护用品、辅助用室和职业卫生管理等符合国家有关法规;生产过程中可能产生噪声、有毒化学物质等主要职业病危害因素,噪声为62～76dB(A),符合国家卫生限值;化学物质共9种,检测结果均符合国家职业卫生标准。结论该项目属于可能产生严重职业病的建设项目,该项目职业病危害控制措施可行、有效。

Objective To evaluate the control effect of occupational disease hazards in the construction project of chloromethane,and provide scientific evidences for the inspection by health administrative departments.Methods The methods of field investigation ,health monitoring and quantitative classification were carried out.Results Contents of the project including the selection of site,the overall layout,the arrangement and layout of the facilities,occupational disease prevention,the facilities of auxiliary rooms and preventive measures were in accord with the requirements of laws and specifications for occupational health. The main occupational risk factors in the project were noise and chemical poisons. The values of noise were 62-76 dB（A）,9 kinds of poisons met the limits of national standards. Conclusion It is a serious construction project. The protective measures on occupational diseases in the project are feasible and effective.
