基于资源依赖理论的农业保险组织体系

Comparative analysis of agricultural insurance organizational systems of America and Japan based on resources dependence theory

美日两国是世界上举办农业保险相对成功的国家,本文运用资源依赖理论提出了一个农业保险组织——资源分析框架,据此分析比较了美国和日本农业保险组织依存的资源环境及由此构建的农业保险组织体系。借鉴美日两国农业保险组织的经验,构建符合我国农业保险组织资源的组织体系,以促进农业保险发展。

The United States and Japan are relatively successful in operating agricultural insurance around the world. The paper put forward an analytical framework of agricultural insurance organizations on the basis of the resources dependence theory to compare the agricultural insurance systems and organizational resources of the United States and Japan. To promote the development of agricultural insurance, China should learn from the United States and Japan＇s experiences in organizing agricultural insurance to construct an agricultural insurance system in line with the organizational resources.
