人本主义在高校学生管理中的运用,旨在强调高校学生管理中应重视对学生自我价值观的培养,重视研究学生的内在需要、动机、情感和兴趣,尊重学生个体、重视认知与情感的结合、学生个性化的评价以及情感化的师生关系,尤其重视学生潜能的发挥。

This paper deals with the application of humanism to college-student management. In the work, the self value of students should be cultivated, so are the internal needs, motivation, feelings and interests of students. Respecting students as individual, the combination of cognition and emotions, the evaluation of student individualization and emotional relationship between teachers and students, especially students＇ potential development should be emphasized.
