高校辅导员岗位认同感调查研究

Integrated Studies on Network Ideological and Political Education Resources in Colleges and Universities of Less-developed Areas

文章以某所高校的辅导员队伍作为研究对象,进行辅导员岗位认同感的调查研究,分析和研究影响高校辅导员岗位认同感的因素,并从打造职业化团队、构建良性心理契约和增强职业幸福感等方面提出培养的办法和思路。

The less-developed areas have several problems on network ideological and political education resources in colleges and universities, including understanding backwardness, lack of funds, limited number of teachers working for network ideological and political education, low level, management lags, and weakness of technological strength, ete.Based on this status and existing problems, from the shared characteristic and information resource integration of the Internet, this paper studies to explore how to carry out ideological and political education work through new channels.
