高效毛细管电泳分离测定枸橼酸托瑞米芬的Z、E异构体

Separation and Determination of Z、E Isomers of Toremifene

采用高效毛细管电泳法将枸橼酸托瑞米芬的Ｚ、Ｅ异构体完全分离，并测定了数批枸橼酸托瑞米芬样品中异构体Ｚ的百分含量，方法简便、高效、快速，为枸橼酸托瑞米芬的测定提供了一种新方法。

A new high performance capillary electrophoresis method for the separation of Z、E isomers of toremifene citrate was developed by optimizing the major affecting factors.The Z isomer content in several lots of sample was determined by this method.The results show that the established method is suitable to analyse Z、E isomers of toremifene citrate due to its advantages of high performance,high speed and easy operation.
