反相高效液相色谱法同时测定利福烟胺片中利福平、异烟肼和吡嗪酰胺的含量

Analytical Separation of Rifampicin,Isoniazid and Pyrazinamide in Compound Rifampicin Tablets by RP-HPLC

应用反相高效液相色谱法，采用ＳｐｈｅｒｉｓｏｒｂＣＮ柱，００１ｍｏｌ／Ｌ庚烷磺酸钠溶液（ｐＨ２０）—乙腈（４４∶５６）为流动相，盐酸萘唑啉为内标，２５４ｎｍ检测，建立了同时测定利福烟胺片中利福平、异烟肼和吡嗪酰胺的含量测定方法，并可同时分离出主要杂质醌式利福平、３甲酰利福霉素—异烟肼复合物。

This paper reports a simultaneous determination method of three components in compound rifampicin tablets,using RP-HPLC with a Spherisorb-CN column(10 μm,46mm×250mm)and a mobile phase of 001 mol/L sodium 1heptane sulfonate(pH 20)— acetonitrile(44∶56).Naphazolin hydrochloride was selected as the internal standard.The detection wavelength was 254 nm.All the results for the standard curve,the recovery and the separation showed that the method is satisfactory.
