隔姜灸配合穴位注射治疗慢性肺原性心脏病30例疗效观察

Observation on Therapeutic Effectsof Combined Treat- ment of Ginger Moxibustion and Acupoint- Injection in 30 Cases of Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease

应用隔姜灸配合穴位注射治疗慢性肺原性心脏病 (CPHD) 30例 ,同时设药物治疗对照组 2 9例进行对照观察。经 3～ 6个疗程治疗并随访观察 1年 ,临床治愈 3例 ,占 1 0 .0 % ;显效 1 1例 ,占 36 .7% ;有效 1 3例 ,占 43.3% ;无效 3例 ,占 1 0 .0 % ;总有效率 90 .0 %。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 )。临床结果表明 ,艾灸配合穴位注射治疗 CPHD提高了本病治疗的优良率 ,并使呼吸系感染的发生率大大减少。

Thirty cases of chronic pulmonary heart disease were treated by combination of ginger moxibustion with acu- point- injection,and 2 9cases treated by medicines were used as control group.After treatmentfor3- 6therapeu- tic coursesand follow- up for one year,among the 30 cas- es in the treatment group,3cases were clinically cured, accounting for10 .0 % ;11markedly effective,accounting for 36.7% ;13effective,accounting for 4 3.3% ;3inef- fective,accounting for10 .0 % .The total effective rate was 90 .0 % .The therapeutic effect in the treatment group is significantly superior to that in the control group( P<0 .0 5) .It is suggested that combined treat- ment of moxibustion and acupoint- injection can increase the rate of good therapeutic effects and remarkably re- duce infection rate in the patient of chronic pulmonary heartdisease.
